All of our shirts are made-to-order just for you, which means we're unable to accept returns for size or preference changes. Please double check the size chart before ordering — we know it's tempting to guess, but a quick measurement now saves a headache later.
That said, we stand behind our print quality. If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, email us at [your contact email] within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send you a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Orders are typically produced and shipped within 2-7 business days. If your order hasn't arrived within 3 weeks of purchase, reach out and we'll look into it right away.
